CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

PREPAIMENT:

It is required a down payment of 25% of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer (standard or Bizum) to guarantee the reservation. Property will contact guests after booking to provide payment instructions. We guarantee that every transaction made at Cal Cassi is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Cal Cassi uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card is not registered in any database, but goes directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
In addition, we inform you that, in an effort to provide credit card owners with greater security, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are the holder of a secured card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card on our website.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A cash deposit of €200 will be made at the entrance for possible damages, which will be returned upon departure.

 PAYMENT:

The pending amount will be paid in cash at the entrance together with the deposit, the tourist tax (€1/person/day) and the mandatory cleaning service (€55 for the entire stay)

 CANCELATION CONDITIONS:

If you cancel the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made. The amount of the down payment will be refunded by bank transfer (The costumer will be responsible of any bank fees).

If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before the arrival date or do not show up at the establishment on the day of entry, the deposit or any amount previously made will be lost, as well as the reservation.

It will not be considered reserved until the accommodation reservation confirmation arrives.
